(Last update: February 4, 2025)

What is the RSVP date?

Kindly reply via our online RSVP by no later than April 30th, 2025.
Please make sure you reply in time! A lack of response will be counted as “no,” as we must give the caterer final numbers on that date.

Is there a dress code?

Dress code for this event is Formal, also known as “Black Tie Optional.”

Can I bring a plus one and/or my children?

Unfortunately, due to strict space constraints at our venue, only those people who are named on your invitation are invited to attend. We will sadly be unable to accommodate additional guests other than those named on your invitation, including children. We thank you for understanding!

When is the last day to reserve accommodations through the room blocks?

You must reserve your room through our room blocks no later than April 30th, 2025. Please note that rooms through our block are first come, first serve. Because of the popularity of the Adirondack Region, we recommend looking for accommodations that suit your needs well in advance! For more information, visit the Travel page.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The patio will also be available for enjoyment throughout the evening, weather permitting! Please note there is no smoking permitted on the venue property.

Will shuttle transportation be available to and from the venue?

Shuttle transportation will not be provided; please plan your own transportation.

What is the parking situation?

Limited free street parking is available nearby. There is also a paid parking garage less than a block from the venue, which costs no more than $12. For more detailed information on parking in Glens Falls, visit the Park Theater website: https://www.parktheatergf.com/visit/

Where is your registry?

Thank you for thinking of us! In lieu of a traditional registry, we have set up cash funds through an online wedding toolkit at TheKnot.com. Gifts into these funds will go toward a home down payment and our dream honeymoon to the UK next year. Please visit https://www.theknot.com/measelester/registry if you feel inclined to honor us with a gift. Thank you!!

We’re having an electronics-free ceremony!

We ask that all guests silence and put their phones and other electronic devices away during the processional and ceremony. Our amazing professional photographer Kristen has us covered! Once the cocktail hour begins, however, please take as many photos and videos as you want. We will share the professional shots with you all later!

What is the shared online photo album, and how do I join?

We will have a photo booth at the reception, which also includes access to a shared photo album! At the reception, you will be able to upload any candid photos you take during the evening and access the photos other people share — this includes the photos taken with the photo booth, which will be automatically uploaded.

If you’d like to join our shared online wedding photo album, an instruction card was included in your invitation. If you lose the card or forget to join before the wedding, no worries! There will be instructions readily available at the reception.

Joining the shared album is completely optional. A printer will be available with the photo booth so you can take home physical prints.
